Scope 

These General Terms and Conditions (hereinafter referred to as “AGB”) regulate the legal relationship between Solomon Tsehaye Pictures, Gut-Heim Street 104, 67657 Kaiserslautern, (hereinafter referred to as “Service Provider”) and its customers.

Offer and Conclusion of Contract 

The offers of the Service Provider are non-binding and subject to change. By placing an order, the customer makes a binding offer to conclude a contract with the Service Provider. The Service Provider can accept this offer within two weeks by sending an order confirmation or by delivering the ordered goods

Prices and Payment

All prices are in euros and include the applicable value-added tax. The customer has the option to pay by PayPal or bank transfer. The customer is only considered to have fulfilled his payment obligations once the payment has been received by the Service Provider

Delivery and Shipping 

The Service Provider is responsible for the delivery of the ordered goods. The delivery time is agreed upon between the Service Provider and the customer. If the Service Provider is unable to deliver the goods within the agreed delivery time, the customer has the right to cancel the contract. 

Warranty and Liability

The Service Provider is responsible for the proper execution of the contract. The Service Provider is only liable for damages in the case of intent or gross negligence. The Service Provider is not liable for slight negligence, unless it involves a breach of a material contractual obligation. The liability for damages is limited to the amount of the order value. 

Right of Withdrawal 

The customer has the right to withdraw from the contract within 14 days without giving any reason. To exercise this right, the customer must inform the Service Provider in writing. In the case of an effective withdrawal, the services received on both sides must be returned and any benefits derived (e.g. interest) must be surrendered. 

Final Provisions

German law shall apply to the exclusion of the UN Sales Convention. If the customer is a merchant, a legal entity under public law or a special fund under public law, the exclusive place of jurisdiction for all disputes arising from the cont
